Returns & Refunds
At Draped In Power, all items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are faulty, or if you receive the wrong item.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at draped.in.power.s@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
